Shipping Policy

  • All items have the option for free shipping in the U.S., as thanks for your purchase and supporting a small artist! This free shipping option uses standard shipping, which typically takes 5-7 business days.

  • At checkout, you may choose priority shipping, which typically takes 2-3 business days. This will add an additional charge to your total at checkout.

  • All physical purchases will come with a tracking number once your item has been processed for shipping.

​

  • Items will be sent out for shipping after 12 hours of your purchase on the following business day. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of your purchase with no additional fees by emailing craftyrats.mail@gmail.com

  • At this time, only shipping within the United States and Canada is available. Canadian shipments do not qualify for free shipping, and all customs billings/import charges will be the responsibility of the buyer once the item is delivered to you (DDU).

  • Items are shipped in biodegradable packaging to reduce plastic waste!
