Shipping Policy

  • All items have the option for free shipping in the U.S., as thanks for your purchase and supporting a small artist! This free shipping option uses standard shipping, which typically takes 5-7 business days.

  • All physical purchases will come with a tracking number once your item has been processed for shipping.

  • Items will be sent out for shipping after 12 hours of your purchase on the following business day. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of your purchase with no additional fees by emailing craftyrats.mail@gmail.com

  • International shipping is available for limited countries, but international orders do not qualify for free shipping. All customs billings/import charges will be the responsibility of the buyer once the item is delivered to you (DDU). Due to restrictive laws for small businesses and high fees, shipping is not available for the EU and UK at this time. If you would like an order shipped to you but you're outside of the countries I currently ship to, email me and I may be able to if there is enough interest. I'm just a team of one, but I'd love to eventually offer shipping to more countries!
