Cancellation Policy:

You may request cancellation of your online order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing craftyrats.mail@gmail.com and letting me know you would like to cancel your order. Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Policy:

 

Online shopping for clothing can be complicated! Please contact craftyrats.mail@gmail.com within 7 days of your order being delivered if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason. I will get back with you ASAP and discuss whether a return will be viable for the situation.

For a return to be eligible:

 

• Custom ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on custom items.

 

• Proof of purchase is required (picture of your packing slip/email confirmation).

 

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• All items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unused, and with tags on.

​

Once your return is received and approved, you will be notified and a refund to the original payment will be issued.
