We'll Discuss Your Idea
Email me at craftyrats.mail@gmail.com with your custom order request. Feel free to share any ideas you may have, and I'll let you know if it's a project I'll be able to take on at this time or not.
I accept button tie, patches, and customized clothing orders. You will send me the clothing to customize, and I will turn it into the perfect wearable art piece!

Pay & Send Me Your Clothing
Once we've agreed to your custom order, I will create a custom order product on the CraftyRats.com shop just for you. This will allow you to pay in full for the order up front.
Cost will depend on the item you request and the complexity of the design. Button ties will typically range from $70-100, patches usually range from $50-200, and customized clothing items often range from $100-300. More complex designs may exceed these typical costs though.
I'll then give you my shipping address and you can send me the clothing item you want customized. I only customize clothing that you already own or choose to send to me; I do not create an item from scratch or find clothing to customize for you. This is to ensure that the clothing fits you and is just what you like before I get to customizing.

Creation
Depending on the complexity of your order and my current workload, orders may take 1-3 weeks to complete. This will be discussed before payment is given. Throughout the process, I will send you update images and may ask you to make decisions on certain fabrics, etc, so keep an eye on your email inbox! If you do not respond to a design question/option within 24 hours, I will make the creative decision myself (I'll make it look good, I promise!)

Shipment
Once I've completed your order, I will send you the final pictures for your approval. Significant changes to the order may be requested, but will involve further payment. After I've received your approval, I will ship your item to you the next day! Returns on custom items are NOT accepted.
