What do you think, is it better now? Does it need even more? I never know when to stop adding things, and if I’m not careful, I’ll end up covering the whole jacket in these patterns (my hand would hate me if I did that though)

Sometimes I hesitate redoing a piece that never sold, but I think it can be worth trying again and making something even better

A lot of people think it must be a hassle to wash customized, interactive clothing, but it’s actually super simple. Washing the garment inside out helps protect the appliqués from getting snagged on other clothing or the washing machine itself, and using cold water and air drying helps prevent the appliqués and garment itself from shrinking or warping.

Proper clothing care helps all of your clothes last longer, which reduces textile waste and helps the planet!

This is a great way to see your idea come to life or to get something I’ve made in the past that has already sold! I make custom button ties, patches, and customized clothing.

To clarify, unless you’re ordering a button tie or a patch, I only customize clothing that you send me. I want to make sure the clothing fits you before I customize it, so I will not find clothing for you or make a garment from scratch, but I’m more than happy to customize whatever you send to me!

I’ve gotten so many comments asking if they can take inspiration from me and create their own top surgery shirts, so I wanted to give you guys some help with your crafting! This one pattern gives you three different scar types along with instructions to help you out if you’ve never made an appliqué before. Available on my website to download and print on standard printing paper!

Don’t want to sew? You can use this pattern to trace on your shirt and use fabric paint to draw the scars on instead!

There’s still quite a few already made top surgery shirts available on my site, so grab them before they’re gone! I won’t be making any more for quite a while.
